Stephanie Soto

Stephanie Soto joined the team in 2018 and has been an invaluable member of our KRU PT + Performance Lab ever since. Throughout the inception of KRU Lab, she demonstrated her aptitude for improving workflows and integrating complex systems. Stephanie has led numerous successful projects, including the rollout of a clinic-wide electronic health records (EHR) system and the integration of patient engagement platforms. She is adept at training staff on new technologies, managing vendor relationships, and creating data-driven strategies to improve performance metrics.

Today Stephanie is responsible for refining existing operating systems across departments, ensuring they function cohesively to support clinical and administrative workflows. She works closely with clinical teams, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure that systems are intuitive, reliable, and tailored to the clinic’s needs.

She values working in a high-energy and positive environment like KRU PT + Performance Lab, surrounded by peers who love to help and support individuals regaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

Stephanie was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Miami when she was two. Growing up she was raised in a very athletic-driven household which created this passion for staying active. She competed in competitive cheerleading in her adolescent years, placed 1st place in an NPC bikini bodybuilding in 2016, and now enjoys working out daily for her own health & wellness. She also became a mom in 2021 to a baby girl Mila. Stephanie hopes to inspire other women and moms to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
